Returns and refunds

The returned item must arrive at the Delroticdesigns partner or the brand you ordered it from no later than 30 days after the delivery date. If you wish to return items from multiple Delroticdesigns partners, you must request a separate return for each item. We recommend scheduling a pickup or dropping off within 7 days of the delivery date, so it arrives at the DelroticDesigns partner's location within 30 days.
